A French clothing label founded in Lyon in 2011 by cousins Marc Asseily and Laurent Bourven, neither of whom had a fashion background before starting it. The designs rework French utilitarian workwear from the 1920s through the 1970s (outerwear, sportswear and work clothing) with more considered cuts and finishing than the originals had. Everything is made in France, deliberately sourced from small manufacturers in the brand's home city of Lyon rather than manufactured wherever's cheapest.
