Who runs this site
Menswear Gallery is an independent, personally curated directory. For any privacy question, or to access, correct, or delete your data, email hello@mensweargallery.com.
What we collect
If you create an account, we store your email address and, if you sign up with a password, a securely hashed version of it — we never see or store your plain-text password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address from Google to create or match your account.
If you save favorite brands or paste a link to save a favorite item, we store that brand or link against your account, along with a preview (title, image, price) we fetch from the page you pasted, so it can be shown back to you.
Service providers
These providers process data on our behalf, only as needed to run the site:
- Supabase — our database, authentication, and image storage provider. Account data, favorites, and site content are stored here.
- Resend — sends account emails (sign-up confirmation, password reset). It processes your email address only to deliver those messages.
- Google — used if you choose to sign in with Google, and separately for optional analytics (see below).
- Vercel — hosts the site and provides anonymous performance analytics.
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it beyond these providers.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your account and its data at any time — email hello@mensweargallery.com and we'll handle it directly, since self-serve account deletion isn't built into the site yet. We keep your data for as long as your account exists, and delete it once you ask us to.
Analytics
This site can use Google Analytics to see which public pages people find useful — nothing more specific than aggregate page views. It only runs if you click “Accept” on the cookie banner; if you decline or don't choose, it never loads. It also never loads on your account page or the admin panel, regardless of your choice, since those areas involve your personal data rather than general site browsing.
Separately, this site also uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, privacy-friendly tools that measure anonymous page views and page-loading performance without cookies or any way to identify you individually. Since neither tracks you personally, they aren't part of the cookie choice above and can't be turned off — but like Google Analytics, they're never active on your account page or the admin panel.

This site links out to the brands it lists and to product pages you save. We don't control and aren't responsible for those sites' content, availability, pricing, or privacy practices — check their own policies before buying anything.
Changing your mind
You can decline analytics at any time by clearing this site's cookies and local storage in your browser — the consent banner will reappear on your next visit.
