An American clothing brand founded in 2013 in Venice, California by Erik Allen Ford and Sasha Koehn, who started out of a 350-square-foot garage making locally-produced jeans and T-shirts before opening their first store on Abbot Kinney in 2015. In 2023, after nearly building their own Texas T-shirt factory from scratch, Ford instead bought the struggling 150-year-old Mohnton Knitting Mills in Berks County, Pennsylvania (one of the last vertically integrated knitwear operations in a region that used to be a major textile hub), saving both the mill and its skilled workforce rather than starting fresh elsewhere.
