Dubbleware
Visit websiteAn American workwear label originally founded in 1918 by manufacturer M. Hoffman in Boston, Massachusetts, and adopted as standard workwear across the US through the 1930s, among the first brands to make workwear specifically for women as well as men, and an early partner of Cone Mills for denim. The original factory closed after WWII and Dubbleware stopped making clothes entirely by 1975. Joe Sharpe and James Trivunovic of UK retailer Options Fashion Distribution revived the label around 2019 after noticing its cult following among vintage collectors, rebuilding it as a UK-based heritage workwear brand (selvedge denim, herringbone fatigues, flannels) built on the original archive rather than starting from scratch.
