Wojtek Szarski founded Macaroni Tomato in Warsaw in 2009, building a menswear label around Italian-influenced cuts made by a team of Polish tailors. Production stays entirely within the European Union, a deliberate choice against outsourcing to lower-cost manufacturing in Asia. The range has grown from made-to-measure suits into shoes and other menswear pieces, all still made in-house in Warsaw.
