Savile Row Company
Visit websiteGerry Doltis, a master tailor who made suits for leading entertainment and establishment figures of his day, started what became The Savile Row Company. His son Jeffrey, born in London, moved to Northern Ireland at eighteen to properly learn the trade, studied History at Queen's University, and later joined his father's factory, immersing himself in every stage of garment design and manufacture. Jeffrey has run the company for 31 years, watching it grow from a niche manufacturer into a global online retailer, with his daughter Lee-Anne (a Leeds University textile management graduate now serving as marketing director) positioned as the next generation to take it on.
