Serica
Visit websiteJérôme Burgert and Gabriel Vachette founded Serica in Paris in 2019, launching with a single field watch, the WWW (Wrist Watch Waterproof), before expanding into diving, GMT and dress references. The watches are Swiss-made, and in 2023 the brand formally transitioned its movements to COSC-certified chronometers. One of its field-watch dials, the Denali, is named after climbers Nicolás Diaz Bayona and Gabriel Morant's 2022 ascent of Mount Denali in pure alpine style, without supplemental oxygen, completed in eight days; more recently, Serica worked directly with the French Navy's Association of Clearance Divers to adapt its dive watch for their specific decompression-timing needs.
